At Swranyam, we ship thoughtfully curated and handcrafted pieces across India and internationally. Our fulfillment is handled from multiple locations depending on product availability, ensuring the most efficient delivery for each order.

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

  • Product availability (ready-to-ship or preorder)
  • Fulfillment location (India or USA)
  • Destination country
  • Added services such as blouse stitching or saree finishing

1. Shipping Within India

Ready-to-Ship Products
Processing time: 3–5 business days

Delivery time after dispatch:
Metro cities: 3–7 business days
Non-metro or remote locations: 5–10 business days

Preorder Sarees
Dispatch timelines are mentioned individually on each product page
Typical preorder timelines may range from 2–6 weeks depending on the saree
Please refer to the product description for the exact estimate

Optional Services
Blouse stitching: ₹2000 per blouse
Saree finishing (fall, pico, tassels): ₹900 per saree
Inskirt:From  ₹700

Adding any of the above services may extend dispatch timelines by 1–2 weeks, applicable to both ready-to-ship and preorder sarees.

2. International Shipping
International orders may be fulfilled either from India or from our USA store location, depending on product availability. If an order contains items from multiple locations, they may ship as separate shipments, each with its own delivery timeline.

  • Shipment weight
  • Fulfillment location
  • Courier partner availability

International Country-Specific shipping Policy:

USA:
Domestic USA orders of $150 and above ships for free,when Inventory is available at our Charlotte NC USA location based on that particular product.
No tariffs apply to these orders.

While Orders shipping from India to the USA use weight-based international rates and tariffs might apply.

Canada & United Kingdom: Orders usually ship from India

Ready-to-ship products:

Preorder products:

Blouse stitching or finishing adds 1–2 additional weeks before dispatch

USA (domestic or FEDEX/UPS international): 5–8 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom: 10–21 business days
Delivery timelines may vary based on customs clearance and courier operations.

3. Customs Duties & Import Taxes:
Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
Swranyam does not have control over or visibility into customs assessments
Courier partners may contact customers directly for customs clearance.

4. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.Tracking availability depends on the courier partner and destination

For split shipments, tracking details will be shared separately for each package

5. Delivery Delays
All delivery timelines are estimates. 

Delays may occur due to:
Weather conditions
Courier or airline delays
Customs inspections
Festival or peak-season volumes
Remote-area accessibility

While we actively assist with courier follow-ups, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Shipping Terms and Conditions
Swranyam is not liable or responsible for any issues you may have with a carrier’s services (such as if an item is lost, stolen, or arrives later than expected) and you should contact the applicable carrier as needed.

Customers are requested to provide accurate ZIP code (postal code), address, area name so that there are no delays in delivery.

For international customers other than the USA, the VAT/Import Duty/Local Taxes are to be borne by the customers, as it varies from country to country based on the local governing policies. These VAT/Import Duty/Local Taxes are to be paid to the courier partner during the time of delivery. These charges are in addition to the price paid while placing the order.
